Holistic Support for Long-Term Recovery
Here at The Council on Recovery, we guide people who are seeking help to lasting and fulfilling recovery, but we know that treatment is one step of a lifelong process of recovery and healing. We guide people to sobriety, but also provide recovery and wellness activities for maintaining sobriety, which can be the hardest part of a life in recovery. For many people, participation in 12-step meetings and other support groups are an essential part of their recovery. We also offer yoga, meditation and other activities to help people better understand and nurture the relationship between their mind and body. No matter what you're looking for, The Council can help support your recovery.

12-Step Meetings
The Council on Recovery believes that Twelve-Step programs, patterned after Alcoholics Anonymous (AA), are empirically supported and effective. They can play a vital role in the recovery process. We host autonomous groups for anyone to attend.
